Your letters are yours.
Every letter you write is private by default. We do not read, analyse, sell, share, or use the contents of your letters to train AI models. Letters are only delivered to the verified email address of the account that wrote them.

To provide MindSpaceLiving Letters, we may store:

• your account email
• login and authentication data
• the letters you write
• scheduled delivery dates
• delivery status
• subscription status
• Paddle customer and subscription identifiers
• basic technical logs needed for security, delivery, and troubleshooting

We keep letter content only as long as needed to provide the service and deliver your letters, unless you delete them earlier.

We use this data to:

• create and manage your account
• save and deliver future letters
• manage subscriptions and plan limits
• send account emails, confirmation emails, password reset emails, and delivered letters
• prevent abuse and keep the service secure
• provide support when needed

Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. MindSpaceLiving does not store full card details. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, taxes/VAT, payment method updates, and subscription management.

Transactional emails are sent through Resend. This includes confirmation emails, password reset emails, and delivered future letters.

You can delete unsent future letters before delivery.
You can delete archived letters after delivery.
You can contact support to request account or data deletion.

Free plan: 1 future letter per month.
Reflection Plan: 5 future letters per week.
Monthly plan: €5 per month.
Yearly plan: €49 per year.

Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through “Manage subscription.” If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Letters already scheduled may still arrive unless you delete or cancel them before delivery.

MindSpaceLiving Letters is a digital subscription service. Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

If you believe you were charged by mistake or have a billing issue, please contact hello@mindspaceliving.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through "Manage subscription." After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

If you are located in the EU, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of your personal data by contacting hello@mindspaceliving.com.

I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
